1. Acceptance

Information about services (IQ/OQ/PQ & CSV validations, technical documentation, equipment selection, etc.) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Any contractual relationship with BES will be governed by a separate services agreement.
4. Submissions & Uploaded Content
When you submit forms or documents (e.g., a résumé/CV), you represent that you are authorized to share them and that they do not infringe third-party rights. You authorize us to use them for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Using the site does not grant any IP rights over its content. You may publicly link to site pages provided you do not present them as your own or associate the link with defamatory or misleading messages.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, as applicable, U.S. federal law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
